Global Medical Conference
We worked for WRG Creative Communications in Manchester who were producing the event for AstraZeneca. We selected the video production company in Boston, coordinated with the hotel and established all of the necessary communication links.
We also selected the Satellite provider and Video Conference provider. We lieased with the following counties to establish how they would be communicating:
Spain
Switzerland
Jordan
Dubai
Abu Dhabi
Riyadh
Jeddah
Khobar
Damman
Russia
We then acted a technical production manager for the event with ran for three hours from Boston and had an audience of about 1000.
