From making sure that the venue is right for you, and that it works correctly from a technical perspective, are the building blocks for a successful day. Making sure that this happens can include the full range of event production skills. We can help you find and choose the right venue and then make it work for your needs, both technically and environmentally. We have a great deal of experience in working with all the major city venues and we have taken those skills overseas where necessary. We have worked in practically all the broker's in-house auditoriums, through to the commercial venues like hotels and specialist results venues. We can provide advice and always aim to minimise the cost by employing installed equipment where possible. |

| Managing the day |
The day is always going to be long, stressful and very busy. We work to minimise this as much as possible and allow you to focus on the needs of your audience and presenters. To ensure that the day is going to work well requires planning. Our processes mean that we produce a detailed event plan which is refined through regular production meetings so that you know who is doing what, where and when. We understand the pressures you are under to finalise all the documents and presentations. We can work extremely quickly to allow you to make changes and react to the needs of your management. |
| Question management | We have developed an industry leading method for handling questions from multiple sources allowing you to monitor the inbound web questions and communicate with your presenters in a number of different ways. The interface can be customised for your management so they can be confident that they are not going to be surprised. |
